Prem Narula

Managing Director & Co-Founder

Prem Narula has over 20 years of experience in Thailand’s luxury real estate. He honed his skills at CBRE Thailand, then led the residential sales unit at Singha Estate. In 2019 he helped set up the Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate business in Thailand, and in 2024 he established Prima Realty to deliver exceptional services and results to its local and international partners.

Phonpailin Poonsawat

Co-Founder

Phonpailin Poonsawat leads luxury residential sales and client advisory, with over 15 years of experience. She began her career with CBRE Thailand before joining the Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate business in Thailand, and has represented prestigious developments as well as a portfolio of Bangkok’s most sought-after luxury properties.
