Núñez is a far-north residential barrio between Avenida Cabildo and the Río de la Plata, bordering Belgrano, Saavedra and Coghlan. Low-rise porteño houses on leafy interior streets sit alongside apartment towers on the avenues, giving a suburban feel minutes from the city core. Its identity is anchored by the Estadio Monumental (home of River Plate), the riverfront parks, a surging "Bajo Núñez" dining scene, and the ESMA memory museum.
